DESCRIPTION:Project Management Skills \nProject Management provides a toolbox to facilitate the planning and coordinated execution of activities to achieve targeted outcomes within deadlines and budgeted costs.\nDuring this session you will learn:\nTo know and understand the principal phases of a project, including definition, planning, implementation, and completion.\nAbout a range of techniques and tools to plan, monitor and control the project.\nTo understand and define project team roles.\nTo understand the role and function of a project manager.\nTo understand a range of project setting, monitoring and evaluation methods.\nHow to deal with project challenges and manage risk.\nTo enable you to collect the information and evidence to show how your project has succeeded in meeting its aims and objectives.\nThis three hour training (with breaks) is delivered by Patricia Marks and places are limited to twelve.  \nOnline: A Zoom invitation will be issued to attendees in advance of the training session.\nMembers: £60 per ticket\nNon-members: £120 per ticket\nCancellation: A full refund will be given if 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the training course is given. However, this could cause an event to be cancelled if it becomes uneconomic to run.\n \n
